The portable thermodiagram is made with a temperature recorder in a box
protected IP65 - complete protection against dust and accidental water jets. The sensors and the power cable enter through grommets that also ensure protection against dust and water.

The thermal printer for the thermodiagram is kept separately and connected to the receipt printing. This is an advantage because it extends the life of the thermal printer and prevents theft.

Features of the thermal printer

The printer's memory has 20 sets of values (marked with #0000-#0019) of 400 records each.
When all 20 sets are used, the oldest sets will be deleted one by one to make room for the new values.

The auto thermodiagram is powered with 12-24V only for the thermal printer, while the recorder works with its own battery (3V lithium battery, life expectancy approx. 6 months).
This is an ADVANTAGE because when the car battery is disconnected, the recorded data is not lost.

Using the device is very simple.
The recording is started from the logger button.
Printing is started from the printer button and can be stopped from the same button.
The printer prints the recorded data in the reverse order of the date, so it can be stopped at any time, usually when it has printed the start time of the race.

Setting the data saving interval, time and car number is done by connecting the recorder to a PC/laptop using a USB-serial cable.
